SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from the Lazybuger Creator Program to creators who partner with us on TikTok Shop US.
What we text about
Free sample shipping updates, collaboration details, requests to authorize ads on videos that take off, commission and payout questions, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send unrelated advertising.
How you sign up
- Enter your mobile number on the lazybuger.com application form and tick the box agreeing to receive texts, or
- open the personal opt-in link your partner manager sends you, enter your number and tick the box, or
- text us first. We will only reply about your message.
Agreeing to texts is never required to join the program. We never add a number you did not give us yourself.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month while you have an active collaboration. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Stop and help
- STOP
- Stops all texts from us. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too, as does simply asking us to stop. You get one confirmation text and nothing after that.
- START
- Resubscribes you after you texted STOP.
- HELP
- Sends you our contact details. You can also email contact@lazybuger.com.
When we text
We send texts between 9am and 8pm in your local time, unless we are replying to a message you just sent.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available to US mobile numbers on supported carriers.
Privacy
We never share or sell your mobile number or opt-in information for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
