Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Lazybuger creator partnership program ("Lazybuger", "we", "us") collects from creators who apply, email or text with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your TikTok handle, email address, name, follower range, content niche and message when you apply on lazybuger.com; your mobile number if you choose to give it; your shipping address and size when you request free samples; and anything you write in emails, TikTok messages or texts to us.
- Your public creator profile. Public information from your TikTok profile and public videos, such as follower count, bio and video view counts, so we can review your application and see how collaboration videos perform.
- Consent records. When you agree to receive texts we keep the wording you agreed to, the date and time, how you agreed (website form, opt-in link or texting us first), your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep opt-out records the same way.
- Delivery information. Whether an email or text was delivered, bounced or failed.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you about the program.
- To ship your free samples and send you shipping updates.
- To coordinate collaboration videos, ad authorizations for videos you approve, and commission questions.
- To send program texts if you opted in, and to honor opt-out requests.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category below and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider that delivers our texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the program for us, under contracts that limit their use of your information: email hosting, our text-messaging provider, website and app hosting, and services that help our team translate and draft messages.
- Shipping carriers, only the name and address needed to deliver your samples.
- TikTok Shop, when we invite you to a collaboration or work with an ad authorization you created.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of people and the program.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are part of the program or in conversation with us, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Opt-out and consent records are kept as long as the law requires so we can prove we respected your choice.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@lazybuger.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Access to creator information is limited to our partnership team and protected by individual staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details by email or text. We never ask for them.
Age
The program is for creators 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
